Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Future You Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved participants (“Affiliates”) to earn recurring commissions by referring new paying customers to Future You (“Company”). By joining the Program, you agree to these terms.

2. Commission Structure

• Standard Tier: 20% recurring commission on all monthly payments from referred customers.
• Silver Tier: 25% recurring commission — unlocked at 10+ active referrals.
• Gold Tier: 30% recurring commission — unlocked at 50+ active referrals.
• Platinum Tier: 35% recurring commission — unlocked at 100+ active referrals.

Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (after any platform fees or refunds). Commissions are earned for as long as the referred customer remains an active subscriber.

3. Cookie Duration & Attribution

Referral tracking uses a 90-day cookie window. If a user clicks your referral link and subscribes within 90 days, the referral is attributed to you. First-click attribution applies — the first affiliate whose link was clicked receives credit.

4. Payouts

• Minimum payout: $50.00 USD
• Payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer (Wise)
• Payment schedule: Payouts are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month
• Processing time: Up to 5 business days from request
• Hold period: Commissions have a 30-day hold period to account for refunds

5. Referral Qualification

A referral qualifies for commission when:

• The customer signs up via your unique referral link or code
• The customer completes their first payment (trial period excluded)
• The customer has not previously been a Future You subscriber
• The referral is not fraudulent or self-referred

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

• Use paid ads bidding on “Future You” branded keywords
• Create fake accounts or self-refer
• Send unsolicited emails or spam
• Misrepresent the product, its pricing, or its features
• Use cookie stuffing or other deceptive tracking methods
• Promote on adult, violent, or illegal content sites
• Offer unauthorized discounts or cashback using the affiliate link

7. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a referred customer requests a refund within 14 days of purchase, or initiates a chargeback, the associated commission will be deducted from your pending balance. Repeated refund abuse may result in account suspension.

8. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, cookie duration, payout terms, or other program details with 30 days written notice via email. Existing earned commissions will not be affected retroactively.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination:

• Pending commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out
• Commissions below the minimum threshold are forfeited
• All referral links will be deactivated
• Use of Future You branding must cease immediately

10. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Future You logos and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the product through the affiliate program. All other rights are reserved by the Company.

11. Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Total liability is limited to the amount of commissions earned in the previous 12 months.
